DMC World DJ Championship 2008
As some of you might know, I’m rather partial to DJ Battles. This year was no different – I was working all weekend and missed them. Usually, DMC put on a web stream, but due to people giving the feed away for free, it was stopped. Which completely sucks.
I arrived home from my travels yesterday afternoon and have found next to no information about the weekends events. If you’re likeĀ me and are dying to know the final results, here they are:
- DJ Fly (France) [Solo]
- DJ Switch (UK) [Supremacy]
- Kireek (Japan) [Teams]
I thought Fly did a brilliant job of the finals last year, so I’m looking forward to seeing what he did to win the title. Last years Team Champions, Kireek are awesome so that should be cool to see how they defended. Last but not least, massive congrats to the UK’s DJ Switch for finally being crowned Battle For Supremacy World Champion! He probably wont remember me from PLASA, but if you’re reading, well done mate!
I get most of my scratchy fix from Skratchworx (I nicked your crop Mark, sorry mate!) so if you want to grab any more details, thats the best place to go!
